Refund policy

The Multi-Agent Tool Selection Guide is a digital product delivered by download.

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
To ask for a refund, write to the contact address below with your order ID or the email address used at checkout.
Refunds are issued through Creem, the merchant of record, to the original payment method. After a refund the download link stops working.
