AgentScope v2.0.9 adds an experimental SOP module and TeamPipeline

AgentScope v2.0.9 was published on 2026-09-28. The release notes list an experimental agentscope.sop module that splits a task into ordered milestones, verifies each one before the next starts, and can persist and resume run state; a TeamPipeline class in which a leader agent delegates to member agents that run concurrently; a terminal UI module (agentscope.tui); an AskUser tool for multiple-choice questions to the user; and added realtime voice model backends.
