# Refund policy

The Multi-Agent Tool Selection Guide is a digital product delivered by download.

- You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- To ask for a refund, write to the contact address below with your order ID or the email address used at checkout.
- Refunds are issued through Creem, the merchant of record, to the original payment method. After a refund the download link stops working.
